At Lone Legacy, every pair of boots begins with a conversation. Our process is designed to be personal, transparent, and rooted in craftsmanship, ensuring your boots are made exactly to your vision.

The journey starts with our consultation form. This is where you describe what you’re looking for—style, leather choice, colors, stitching, toe shape, heel, and any personal details that make the boots uniquely yours. The form gives us a clear understanding of your ideas and expectations from the very beginning. 

If you have questions while filling out the form or are unsure about certain options, I am more than happy to help guide you through the decision-making process and offer recommendations based on your needs and preferences.

Within 24–48 hours of submitting the form, we will reach out by phone, text, or email to continue the conversation. During this correspondence, we review your submission together and sort out all design details before any work begins. This step ensures everything is finalized, from materials to measurements, so there are no surprises once production starts.

If you are unsure about your boot or shoe size, we can also email you a sizing form to help accurately measure your feet. This ensures the best possible fit before production begins and adds an extra level of confidence to your custom order.

Once all details are confirmed, payment is required before the boots are made. This allows us to source materials and dedicate the necessary time and craftsmanship to your custom order.

After production begins, your boots are handcrafted step by step in El Paso, Texas. From cutting the leather to stitching, lasting, and finishing, every stage is completed with precision and care. If requested, customers may receive progress photos throughout the process, offering a behind-the-scenes look at their boots coming to life.

When your boots are complete, they go through a final inspection to ensure they meet our standards of quality and craftsmanship. Once approved, they are carefully packaged and shipped directly to you, ready to be worn, trusted, and carried forward as part of your own legacy.

Please note, this process typically takes around 4–5 weeks. All sales are final, and there are no refunds or returns unless there is a defect in the workmanship or materials.
